Empowerment Profile Employee Version Participant Guide 5-Pack
The Employee Version Participant Guide is simply the 40-item questionnaire and pressure sensitive scoring response form. The intent of this profile is to obtain employee feedback relative to their perceptions of their levels of empowerment.
The results are then added to the scoring section of the Leader Version Participant Guide, so that the leader has more balanced information from which to assess overall empowerment in the organization, department, or team.
