The "Create a Company" exercise is an excellent training activity for teaching the power of collaboration in creativity and innovation. It is also a great energizer for group meetings. Teams must create innovative new companies focusing on a clear mission and three specific objectives. Then they are told they only have 15 minutes to do it! They always succeed, surprising themselves with their ingenuity and speed. The hilarious presentations leave everyone in stiches.
