                        participant materials will be distributed.

                        To develop shared team purpose, values, priority goals, and objectives.

                        Includes icebreaker exercise, discussion on team commitment, and

                        the following activities:

                        To explore critical elements of balanced team contribution and assess

                        present team contribution. Includes icebreaker exercise, discussion of

                        the elements of contribution, and the following activities:

                        To assess present individual and team communication strengths, explore

                        benefits of enhancement, and determine strategies for improvement. Includes

                        a communication game icebreaker, discussion of communication, and the

3:30                  Session 8 - Action Planning

                        To review materials from all seven sessions and provide an opportunity

                        for participants to ask questions and determine next steps for enhancing

                        the team. Includes icebreaker exercise, questions and answers activity,

                        development priorities, possible obstacles, strategy discussion, action

                        plan, personal commitment, program feedback, and awarding of certificates.
