of team functioning, agree on areas needing enhancement, and set a
meeting schedule. Includes icebreaker exercise, Power & Possibilities
Team Assessment, and team puzzle exercise. At this meeting all team
participant materials will be distributed.
3:30 Session 1 – Commitment
To develop shared team purpose, values, priority goals, and objectives.
Includes icebreaker exercise, discussion on team commitment, and
