Team Effectiveness Profile
The Team Effectiveness Profile is designed to enable teams to assess the effectiveness of its work. Using the response key, participants respond to 50 statements about how their team generally operates. Below are 5 sample statements taken from the participant booklet:

Sample Items
Sample item relating to "Group Mission, Planning, and Goal Setting": We periodically review our progress toward our goals.
Sample item relating to "Group Roles": When individual roles change, an intentional effort is made to clarify these changes for everyone in the work group.
Sample item relating to "Group Operating Processes": We are able to resolve our conflicts and disagreements collaboratively within our work group.
Sample item relating to "Group Interpersonal Relationships": Group members help each other find professional satisfaction from the group's work.
