Leading Change at Every Level
Leading Change at Every Level is a 30-item assessment that helps participants to uncover the skills they already possess to help them lead change more effectively. Using a specific change example as a frame of reference, participants are asked to evaluate their behavior using the response key. Below are 5 sample statements taken from the participant booklet:
