Coaching is the number one driver of behavioral change in the 360 process. Without coaching, 360-degree feedback can be just an exercise in data collection. All of our 360 Packages include online 360 survey administration and coaching, as the 360 Basic Package includes one coaching session, while the 360 Pro Package includes two. Our 360 Plus Package adds a third coaching session and links 360 results to behavior styles.
