DecideX Strategic Decision Making Instrument

The instrument is a straightforward and easy to administer 24-item assessment that examines how an individual or team member inputs, processes, and acts on information in the work setting. The result is a remarkably accurate prediction of how an individual, dyad, or team organizes information, makes decisions, and takes action. Unlike DISC and Type/Style Indicator products that show static similarities and differences between individuals, DecideX breaks new ground by forecasting how two or more individuals will think, make decisions, and behave as a whole.

The DecideX provides a complete description of all primary/ secondary style pairs, as well as a brief overview of the strategic patterns. DecideX also includes a strategic style interaction guide so that individuals can “flex” their styles to accommodate each other’s information processing needs.
