(Two days) In this trainer-led workshop, managers, supervisors, and team leaders learn to manage conflict by identifying conflicting personality styles. Participants learn to view the sources of conflict as differing perceptions of facts, methods, goals, or values. The most appropriate of five conflict management styles—avoiding, smoothing, bargaining, forcing, problem solving—is then applied to address the situation.
