Challenge Application Cards
 Simplicity in training is a key to
effectiveness. The POSITUDETM
Challenge Application Cards are decks of 40 cards that each
contain a situation for teams to discuss and resolve. The four decks are designed for
situations relating to:
- Customer Service

Sales
- Management & Supervisory
-
Time Management
Facilitators or team leaders charged with developing team skills will particularly like these cards, as there are many variations in how they can be used. For example, the facilitator could divide the team into smaller teams (2's or 3's) and ask each to take a card from the deck. These teams would break-out for 5 minutes and discuss their situation. When returning to the larger group, each small team would share their solution to the situation. This gives team members an opportunity to think through everyday dilemmas and come to better ways to resolve them.
