Team Videos - The Classics

Through the years of experimentation and development of work system design philosophy, much has been learned that is moving us into the new millennium with radically changed views about how work should be performed and organizations structured.

This special section of videos represents much of the information that was captured during the fruitful years between 1985 and 1995 by Marvin Weisbord, Allan Kobernick, and other pioneers in the field of work redesign. Although dated, these videos (now DVD's) still convey the essence of what works and what doesn't when organizations attempt to change the way they work.

Teambuilding, Inc. is proud to bring this important work to those looking for such resources. Change is difficult. But drawing on the experiences and wisdom of those that came before us is wisdom in its own right.
