Interpersonal Influence Inventory
The Interpersonal Influence Inventory is a learning instrument designed to help participants assess the manner in which they choose to influence others. Using the response key, participants are asked to evaluate their behavior as it is today, not how they would like to see it in the future. Below are sample statements taken from the participant booklet:

Sample item relating to "Concealed Aggressive Behavior": I like to control others with behind-the-scenes maneuvers.
Sample item relating to "Openly Aggressive Behavior": I point my finger or use other gestures to add emphasis to my assertions.
